MTROX is a mother and daughter–led entertainment business built on decades of experience, creativity, and deep industry knowledge. The journey began in 1986, when Delyse founded her first entertainment agency in the UK, growing it into one of the most respected and trusted agencies in the country. Her career spans managing star-name acts from the 1960s and 1970s, programming weekly entertainment for venues, and delivering full-scale entertainment solutions for corporate events, military balls, touring theatre productions and pantomime—always with a reputation for professionalism, quality, and audience-first thinking. As an active member of the Entertainment Agents Association of UK she began & chaired the Southern area branch, helping to guide & assist both new & established agencies.

In 2016, Delyse relocated to Dubai with her daughter Talya, who had grown up immersed in the entertainment industry. Diagnosed as neurodivergent, Talya discovered that performing was the perfect outlet for her creativity, confidence and expression. With hands-on experience from an early age—and as the youngest licensee holder in the UK, managing the Chicago Rock restaurant, bar and club—Talya brings a modern, energetic perspective shaped by both performance and venue operations.
